He has extensive experience in Education as he was an Educator for more than 30 years at various schools. Over the years, his main focus has been about development and is highly experienced as a result hereof, he was recently appointed as SALGA‘s Provincial Chairperson for Small Towns Revitalization Program.
He has various qualifications such as the international management advancement program dealing with principles of economics, human resources, strategic management, finance and project management. He has many other certificates such as training of trainers, certificate in practical project, certificate in advanced internet education, certificate in community development. Over and above the certificates reflected, he has a Higher Diploma in Education awarded in 1996 and also a Bachelor of Science with honours degree acquired in 1988 and 1990 respectively.
He was a mathematics teacher for a high school within King Sabata Dalindyebo Municipality. Besides, the education sector, he has also worked for private sector dealing with financial management, micro enterprise development for rural and peri-urban areas as well being actively involved in the citizenry participation. He is passionate about economic development and is currently working on various programs that have national significance. Some of the programs and project relate to Ocean’s Economy, Presidential Projects and Agri- Parks

initiatives. These initiatives are aimed at implementing radical economic transformation for the benefit of the disadvantaged economies.
Lastly, he has been an activist politically and is seasoned to an extent that his involvement dates back to the early 1990’s. He has served at Tsolo South Africa Democratic Teachers Union Branch (1990–1998) and has been politically chairing districts and zonal meetings. He was actively involved in the struggle for liberation in various capacities being a leader, organizer, political educator and member of the ANC as well doing economic and facilitation of the political work.
