KSD Municipal Manager Mr. Ngamela Pakade hosted a four-day management retreat to facilitate strategic planning and team building among department heads and senior staff.
This intensive retreat, held at Savoy Hotel Conference Centre from 07th to 08th January 2025, brought together the management team to reflect on progress and challenges, to align strategies for service delivery and to enhance leadership skills for better governance.
In addition, the gathering served as a platform to consolidate reports of departments in preparation for the upcoming mega strategic planning.
During the session, the team engaged in insightful discussions and shared best practices to improve the delivery of services to the community of KSD.
The Municipal Manager said that the retreat is an important opportunity for KSD management to come together and set priorities for the future of KSD Municipality.
