The newly elected Chairperson of KSD Municipal Public Accounts Committee ( MPAC) councillor Makhosandile Majeke has held Municipal Public Accounts Committee meeting for the first time he assumed his role as a Chairperson of the Committee
Councillor Majeke was elected unanimously by the KSD Municipal Council in its Council meeting held on January 29, 2025 at Enkululekweni Council Chambers.
The MPAC meeting has sat successfully on Tuesday 11 February 2025. A number of reports were presented to the Committee members including the senior management of the Municipality.
The meeting was preceding six ( 6 ) days site visits visiting service delivery sites and projects in Mthatha, Mqanduli and Coffee Bay.
Once the Committee concludes its site visits, it is expected to prepare a report to Council.
