King Sabata Dalindyebo Municipality’s Office of the Speaker a Public Participation programme taking Municipal By-Laws and Policies to the communities and stakeholders. The programme was held on October 09, 2024, in Council Chamber (Mthatha) and Mqanduli Townhall.
Present in the gathering were Business Communities, Property Developers, Traditional Leaders, Business Industry, Taxi Industry, Sector Departments, Banking Sector Institutions, Mthatha Rates Payers, Hawkers and Faith Based Institutions.
KSD Municipality’s Department of Public Safety, Human Settlement, Community Services and Rural Economic Development presented their By-Laws to the gathered stakeholders. The Municipality reminded that failure to follow or contravening with these By-Laws will result in fines and even arrest.
