King Sabata Dalindyebo Municipality’s Executive Mayor, Cllr. G.N. Nelani, had on the 15th of January 2025, visited Gobinamba High School located at Baziya, Ward 15, as part of the Back to School Programme.
The purpose of the visit was to recognize and appreciate the outstanding work done by the teachers and learners of this school.
During the visit, the Executive Mayor announced that if any student from Gobinamba High School excels in the upcoming Grade 12 results and gets an award from the National Day of the Proclamation of Results, KSD will add a bursary to that particular student.
The school got an 87% pass rate, which is an improvement compared to last year’s 85%.
